Jason Lajoie

Jason is a classically trained protein engineer with more than 15 years of experience in display-based drug discovery and antibody engineering. He has led discovery and optimization campaigns across multiple therapeutic programs, including molecules now advancing through clinical trials. At Deck Bio, he leads protein engineering and built the company’s TCR specificity platform, enabling the discovery of highly selective receptors for next-generation T cell engagers.
