She leads multidisciplinary teams spanning antibody discovery, protein science, digital biology, and research operations, with a focus on designing and advancing multispecific biologics for oncology, immunology, and infectious disease.
Dr. Wei has extensive experience translating complex biology into differentiated therapeutic candidates and advancing programs from concept through IND and early clinical development. She also shapes portfolio and scientific strategy, leads major external collaborations, and contributes to business development, fundraising, and scientific due diligence. She is an active industry speaker and an inventor and author of numerous patents and publications in multispecific antibodies, immune modulation, protein engineering, and biologics development.
Seminars
- Translate therapeutic intent and disease biology into fit-for-purpose multispecific architectures, rather than starting with a preferred molecular format
- Examine how target combination, geometry, affinity, valency, and immune-cell engagement interact to determine coordinated function and therapeutic performance
- Explore how computational, structural, and experimental workflows can be integrated to reduce design space, accelerate optimization, and improve developability and translational potential
